Prospective members meet with current members each 2nd and 4th Monday of the month to learn more about the club, what it means to become a Rotarian and start their own service projects
Bus Shelters
Year Round
Throughout the year members build, move and maintain bus shelters for Mariposa area school children. Click here to see how a bus shelter is built!
Evening Meetings
Year Round
Once a month we hold an evening meeting. These casual evenings are a great time to socialize with fellow Rotarians and their spouses, partners, friends and potential members.
Pork in the Morning
Year Round
Each year our club purchases livestock from the County Fair Livestock Auction. The resulting pork products are auctioned off at our morning meetings in order to raise money for the following year's auction.
Adopt-A-Highway
Year Round
Rotarians help clean up the main street through Mariposa throughout the year (and often enjoy fellowship and a delicious breakfast afterwards!).
Christmas Village

Our third annual Christmas Village was even bigger and better than last year! Featuring a hand painted village, festive holiday lights and Santa!
Online Scholarship Auction
November 6-20, 2024
We held an online auction at the end of November to provide scholarhip funds for Mariposa County High School Seniors to assist with their post secondary learning. The auction raised $13,000 for local students!
Trunk or Treat
October 31, 2024
Trunk or Treat is a tradition of the Rotary Club of Mariposa! We saw hundreds of children and their parents having fun together!
Interact Comes back to Mariposa County High School
2024-2025
Interact is a service club for high schoolers, guided by Rotarians. The Interact program at MCHS was rebooted for the 2024-2025 school year.
Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
October 5, 2024
We held our yearly Golf Tournament at the beautiful River Creek Golf Course. Thanks to our sponsors and players, we have donated over $345,000 in scholarships. This year our event raised approximately $20,000!
Mariposa County Fair Parking
August 30 - September 2, 2024
Working hard and raising funds for club projects where we support our community, whilst parking locals and visitors from all over the state.
Little Free Library
Year Round
Members built, painted, and stocked a free library for community members.
